What You’ll Do
- Build new business by reaching out to prospects and converting leads into customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets across auto, home, life, and health products.
- Develop strong customer relationships that support referrals and long-term retention.
- Help customers select and update policies to suit their needs.
- Cross-sell and round out accounts to provide additional value.
- Collaborate with the team to share sales strategies and strengthen agency growth and retention.
What You’ll Bring
- At least one year of licensed insurance sales experience.
- Active Property & Casualty license.
- Active Life & Health license.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Self-motivation and a positive, growth-minded approach.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
